During the summer on Thursday nights, Park Rapids hosts an out door concert/block party. My mom wanted to go every single week and no one ever wanted to go with her. The last week of summer, the kids, my dad and mom met in town to see the show. We had so much fun and it made me sad that I'd waited until the last week to bring the kids - as is often the case - I should have listened to my mother earlier in the year.
